I’m very pleased to say that the day went very smoothly! Jack was very helpful and kept checking in with me throughout the day, very polite and professional! The room was clean and tidy upon arrival, all IT equipment worked well and I have received feedback from my Paris colleagues to say the line was very clear which is always good. Hospitality, all arrived on time and catered for our requirements and labelled clearly. Bethan and the girls all very attentive.
